Honor has officially announced the Honor Magic 9 Pro Max in China, its most camera-focused flagship yet, according to 9to5Google. The phone pairs a huge 8,800 mAh battery with ARRI-tuned cameras and Qualcomm's newest chip, and Honor says a global launch is coming later.
The launch matters because Honor is the first brand to put ARRI's name on a phone camera system on this scale, and because the battery capacity is far above what most Android flagships offer today. A smaller Honor Magic 9 was also announced alongside it.
